Got a killer lower lift in thanks to my old friend Jason Brown of Box Programming, and the conjugate strength program he hooked me up with. Love you bud!
After the KB warm-up, the workout leads off with Sumo Deadlifts so I figured I would also pay tribute to Tony Gentilcore's recent 30 Days of Deadlifts series. The above clip is an awesome knowledge nugget about speed and technique.
The loads are a bit light in the workout below because my intention was to feel good post workout and mitigate the chance of any unnecessary soreness.
