Complexes, Cables & Carries!



We love crushing workouts that our community members post on their IG's.

This one comes from Tevin Bienaime of @tevsfastfitness and it is a doozy. 

A. KB Complex X 5 Rounds

Single Arm Swings to Cleans to Thrusters - 5 reps of each movement

B. Cable Work X 5 Rounds

Alternating Cable Chops with a Face Pull between sides 10 reps per movement

C. Trap Bar Deadlifts to Trap Bar Carries X 5 Rounds

Put some solid weight on the bar, perform 3-5 pulls and then walk 10 yards. Repeat 3-5 times and that is one round.
