Whenever I am short on time and want to get the legs working, the above leg session one of my go to moves.
The Workout:
"Leg day! Hitting these for 100 reps today. 50 each leg.
-10 reps each leg
-5 sets
-plenty of rest for quality reps"
It can be performed with KB's or DB's. When I'm feeling spicy I integrate some Rows and Presses for a Total Body Smoker.
