Pre Christmas Dinner KB & Jump Rope Warm Up

I like to earn my meals, particularly the big ones that come with the holidays. Before launching into some beef tenderloin, mashed taters, and some bacon sauteed brussel sprouts, I crushed the below workout:

 The workout went as follows:

"One of my favorite ways to get a quick and effective workout is by combining a kettlebell flow with some jump rope! Try out this combo next time 👊🏽💪🏽⚡️
-10 reps of flow, 5 snatch each arm
-1 to 2 minute jump rope
-6 to 10 rounds ⚡️"
