Workout:
A. Safety Squat Bar Speed Box Squats (great primer for deadlifts) - 7 sets of 3 reps
B. Trap Bar Deadlifts - 5 sets of 5 reps with some high weight Triples & Singles mixed in at the end
C1. Sled Squat Pull - Length of turf X 5 sets
C2. Sled Push - Length of turf X 5 sets
