UFC Training Camp @ Skill of Strength

 






 


We had the honor of training alongside several UFC veterans at Skill of Strength last week and it was awesome!


Below is a sample of what we went through:


5 Rounds  


1. Airdyne Bike for 20 calories


2. Sandbag to Shoulder (alternating shoulders) X 20 reps


3. Bear Crawls 20 yards forward & 20 yards backwards


4. Suitcase KB Deadlifts X 10 reps per side


5. Incline Backwards Walk w/ TRX tension for 2 minutes


Rest as needed and repeat, wooo!


We can't wait to cruise back up and crush again soon!
