Football season is upon us which means yummy snacks and some crispy boys aka beers. If wings and crispy boys are on the agenda, I always get a workout in to offset the gameday treats.

Written out below (demo videos at the top) is a Kettlebell Flow from @bjgaddour that got me going this morning.Β 

Do each move for 30 seconds with little to no rest between moves:

1. Slingshots
2. Crush-Grip Bent-Over Rows
3. Staggered 1-Arm Swings- Right Arm, Left Leg
4. Staggered 1-Arm Swings- Left Arm, Right Leg
