We are back with some awesome single dumbbell (or single kettlebell) movements from barefoot training enthusiast and performance coach Vernon Griffith.

Below are movements that you can pair up that only require a single dumbbell (or kettlebell). Between sets of the lower body movements, I mix in push and pull movements like single arm dumbbell presses right to single arm dumbbell rows.
