Step Up Workout Wednesday #42

Good Morning Pedestal Community!

We are back with a simple yet effective way to build some horsepower. 

All you need is some type of step up platform or even just stairs will work.

Step Up Workout Wednesday

Perform a proper warm-up, I'm always a fan of dynamic warm-ups

Each movement should be performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest between

Shoot for a total of 3 to 5 rounds

A1) Step Up with Knee Up - alternating sides and really focus on driving the knee

A2) Elevated Dynamic Push Up - really focus on exploding up with your press

A3) Box Jump - focus on having a soft landing

A4) Elevated Mountain Climbers

A5) Feet Elevated Hip Bridge - it will create a different angle which you should feel in your hamstrings

If you're up for it, get some Side/Front/Side Planks in - your choice
