Good Morning Folks!

Say what you will about CrossFit but there are always some nuggets among all training methodologies.

For me personally, I benefit from the Rounds For Time style workouts because it mimics that of grappling rounds.

Typically in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you will have live fights that last as little as a 2 minutes and as long as 10 minutes or longer.

This particular CrossFit WOD is bodyweight only and is named The Hotel Room WOD. Check it out below and give it a go!


20 Rounds for Time:

5 Push-ups

5 Air Squats

5 Sit-ups
