Core Strength | Roll Out Variations

Beyond looking great in your bathing suit, these exercises will improve your posture, spinal health, and overall athletic performance.  


Recently, I've been adding the rollout into every workout. Like all other movements and exercises, the more your practice them the "easier" it becomes. That being said, I have been exploring with different variations to challenge my core strength and stability. 


When trying any variation of the rollout, make sure to think about keeping your pelvis tucked underneath you to prevent you from cranking through your lower back. In other words make like a hunchback and keep your hips pointed toward your chest through the duration of the movement.
