Happy Sunday Pedestal Community!
We are back with a Sunday Sweat to make sure you crush you weekend wellness goals.
This is a very simply workout and one that I love to incorporate if my mind is fried and I just need to get some work in.
The workout is below with some videos sprinkled in.
First Step - A proper warm-up, ALWAYS.
A1) Trap Bar Deadlift - 5 sets X 5 reps
A2) Pull-Ups - 5 sets X 5 reps (add weight if necessary)
B1) Incline DB Bench Press - 3 sets X 10-12 reps (feel free to pick a press variation based on what is available to you)
B2) DB Rows - 3 sets X 10-12 reps (feel free to pick a row variation based on what is available to you
C1) Med Ball Slams - 3 sets X 30 seconds
C2) Rotational Core Work (I typically like to use a KB or Med Ball) - 3 sets X 30 seconds
This is a full-body burner that will help build strength and light up your Sunday!
