We hope you have had an awesome week of workouts.


Here is one more you can get in from anywhere at anytime.


It's from Bobby Maximus and it is his Road Ladder Workout.


For the workout you perform 10 reps of each exercise for the first round. Next, perform 9 reps of each exercise. Continue down the ladder until you finish 1 rep of each movement.


The movements are:


-Push-ups 


-Squats


-Lunges


-Sit-ups


And that is it.
